Tbilisi( ) Georgia
in the frame of the project``New Disorder’’.
This project can be viewed as a social cultural phenomenon.
The active side of the project is to promote individualized subjectivity through various social relations in everyday life.The everyday life structure depends on concrete standards which are formed in side Governmental institutions, Where is not taken in account any radical change's inside Society – free existence.
Under such conditions -samizdat- actively use art-intelligence as a method and the tactics as a proliferation of art for De-standardization of the present environment.
